  • Advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors in respect of the full suite of finance documents insofar as it relates to environmental and regulatory matters arising from the Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Environmental, Health and Safety Standards and DFI’s own environmental requirements.
  • Opinion preparation for bid submission for government programmes submissions such as the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Procurement Programme, Battery Energy Storage Independent Power Producers Programme and the Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producers.
  • Opinion preparation on environmental matters for purposes of financial close.
  • Advisory opinions on project compliance with IFC Performance Standards and World Bank Environmental, Health and Safety Standards such as relocation programmes of persons affected by infrastructure projects.
  • Project due diligence and bankability reports.

  • Preparing Scatec’s environmental opinions for bid submissions under Round 7 of the REIPPPP.
  • Preparing Scatec environmental opinions for bid submissions under Round 2 and Round 3 of the BESS IPP.
  • Advising EDF in its environmental opinions for bid submissions under Round 7 and Round 8 of the REIPPPP.
  • Advising Enel in its private power procurement project of a Wind Energy Project.
